Goodfest, the annual ‘festival of creative conversations’, returns to Cornwall next week (Sep 29-30).
After a two-year hiatus while the event went digital, this two-day festival at the Bedruthan Hotel tackles the big question of how we as individuals and businesses can influence a more sustainable world through our actions.
There’s a line-up of over 20 speakers from leading activists, creatives, and change-makers, each exploring the 2022 festival ‘Triple A’ theme – of accessibility, affordability, and authenticity.
Complementing Cornwall Chamber of Commerce’s Planet C series of events, also taking place this month – Goodfest invites creatives from all over the UK to gather in Cornwall. The aim is to share best practice, provoke action and inspire sustainable change, as well as driving new connections and collaborations amongst the delegates.
Co-founder, Matt Hocking, said: “Our mission is to invite a mix of people to Cornwall, creating a pop-up community, to spark interesting conversation with actionable outcomes. What better canvas than the Cornish coast to host a festival designed for inspiration, reflection, and collaboration.”
It’s two days of hard work and good fun. Expect to be challenged, supported, inspired, and come away with a heap of new contacts. We’re taking a step forwards, together, by stimulating ideas for positive change for both life and business.”
