What: USA vs Canada Rivalry Series
When: November 20th, 2022, 4pm PDT
Where: Climate Pledge Arena – Seattle, WA
The Seattle Kraken, along with USA Hockey, announced on Tuesday that Climate Pledge Arena will host the first game of the 2022-23 Women’s Hockey Rivalry Series between Team Canada and Team USA. This is the first game announced in the planned 7-game series between the two longtime adversaries.

This is the second Rivalry Series between these two teams. The last one was a 5-game series split between December of 2019 and February of 2020, with Team USA coming out on top in four of those five games. Team Canada has gotten the better of Team USA since then, however, beating the Americans twice en route to an Olympic Gold Medal in 2022 in Beijing.
The announcement from the Kraken also stated that there will be opportunities to see the teams and players up close ahead of the actual game as well, likely at the Kraken Community Iceplex. From the KCI website:
There will be multiple opportunities for fans and youth hockey players to engage with the teams leading up to the game, including open practices, meet and greets, and girls and women’s skills clinics. Check back soon for more information.
This is an excellent opportunity to see one of the best rivalries in hockey right now, up close and personal.
