The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are scheduled to return to the UK next month, for the first time since the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, to spend time with charities “close to their hearts”. Royal commentator Dan Wootton has claimed this trip will put additional strain on the rift between Harry and his brother, William, ahead of the release of Harry’s bombshell tell-all memoir expected to be released in the coming months. Writing in the Daily Mail, Mr Wootton said: “The fury, outrage and disgust at the highest levels of the monarchy over Prince Harry’s decision to press ahead with the publication of his upcoming autobiography, even as the 96-year-old Queen’s health suffers, is only growing. Indeed, the ‘intimate and heartfelt’ £14.7million Penguin Random House book is seen as the likely final straw in relations between Harry and his brother Prince William, who has still not forgiven the Sussexes for their bonanza of lies otherwise known as the Oprah Winfrey interview.” Speaking about the interview on Nancy O’Dell’s Channel on talkshoplive, Oprah defended “truthful” Meghan for her bravery and honesty during their tell-all interview. She said: “I had no idea that it would have the reverberating impact that it has had and continues to have. I did a lot of preparation for that. I had no idea that it would have the reverberating impact it has had and continues to have. I did a lot of preparation for that.”

'Final straw' between Harry and William as 'fury' grows over new bombshell

Prince William is facing backlash over his conservation charity’s links to fossil fuels, with the British public calling the royal a “save the planet preacher”.
A new investigation has found the charity founded by the Duke of Cambridge, who last year launched the Earthshot Prize, keeps its investments in a bank that is one of the world’s biggest backers of fossil fuels.
The revelation calls the purpose of William’s climate efforts into question, some members of the public say.
Writing on Twitter, Alish said: “Save the planet preacher that uses choppers as taxis. What were you expecting?
“He doesn’t care, he’s just virtue-signalling.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s upcoming visit to the UK has been branded “unnecessary and provocative” by a royal expert as it will pull focus from the Queen during an important time.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they will be returning to the UK in a surprise visit next month to look in on “charities close to their heart” in Manchester and London.
Their visit will fall during a busy time for Her Majesty as she prepares for a week jam-packed with constitutional duties.

Harry and Meghan will be in the UK on September 5, the same say day Britain’s next Prime Minister will be chosen by Conservative Party Members.
The Queen will then invite them to form a government on September 6.

Prince William will be visiting New York city next month and his visit overlaps with a royal couple – Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, who will also be visiting the city during the same time.
On Friday, Kensington Palace announced that Prince William will also be heading to New York City in September for another Earthshot-related event – The Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit.
The Duke of Cambridge, 40, will be in the US for the Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit on September 21, kicking off the countdown to December’s Earthshot Prize awards ceremony in Boston.
Prince William is set to address the assembled guests, including last year’s prize winners and finalists, alongside Michael R. Bloomberg, who works to help scale and replicate the Earthshot solutions as Global Advisor to the winners of the Earthshot Prize.
Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark will also travel to New York in September, according to Gert’s Royals.
The royal couple is set to attend the United Nations General Assembly and will participate in the launch of Denmark’s candidacy for a seat on the UN Security Council on September 22.
The summit “aims to drive impact around systems-changing climate solutions and amplify The Earthshot Prize’s call to accelerate progress to repair our planet through collaboration and bold innovation,” according to a release on the event.

Princess Diana’s exhibition featuring several of her authentic evening gowns is all set to be open in Las Vegas next month, a news report has stated.
The attraction features 12 curated rooms including “Wedding of Century,” where couples can actually tie the knot among thoughtfully chosen artefacts from Princess Diana and Prince Charles’ 1981 nuptials, including a dramatic recreation of Diana’s bridal gown.
The wedding package features a ceremony and private dinner inside the room.
All visitors to the exhibit will get the chance to see the life-size replica of the iconic wedding dress made out of paper by Belgian artist and sculptor Isabelle de Borchgrave.
Curator of Princess Diana: A Tribute Exhibition, David Corelli, told PEOPLE: “Over 120,000 weddings are performed in Las Vegas each year, it has become the marriage capital of the world.
“So, here we have the ultimate room showcasing artefacts and mementos from the most famous wedding of all time.
“And we thought, why not create something uniquely special for people to celebrate their love that you can only get here in Vegas?”

Prince Charles has launched his own fragrance based on his Highgrove home.
The future King has teamed up with Penhaligon to launch the new fragrance inspired by the “magnificently fragrant” summers at the royal getaway.
According to the Highgrove Gardens website, the perfume will reflect the smells and nature of the gardens.

Despite Prince Harry’s decision to step down as a senior member of the royal family, should none of the Cambridges become King or Queen, the Duke of Sussex still remains sixth in the line of succession.
The Duke of Sussex formally stepped away from his royal duties in 2020 and has since made a home for himself and his wife, Meghan Markle, in California with their children Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor and Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.

Prince Harry and Prince CharlesMeghan Markle’s mother Doria Ragland is reportedly the only family member invited to her daughter’s wedding vow renewal.
The couple are planning to have a Hollywood wedding of their own after they expressed their unhappiness with the lavish, taxpayer paid for wedding they had in the UK in 2018.
An insider said: “Meghan’s mum Doria will be on the list, but she’ll be the only family member.
“Then there will be a handful of their close US friends – like Katherine and David [Foster], Janina [Gavankar], possibly Priyanka and Nick Jonas – but, obviously, it’ll all depend on their schedules.”

Charles Rae has said Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are living the “greatest every soap opera”.
He said: “And given what has been going on in the Royal Family, literally the war between Harry and Meghan and everyone else, it is important that when they come over, whether or not they see the Queen or William and Catherine.”

The Duchess of Cambridge has delighted one of her young admirers with a lovely message before her first day back at school after undergoing cancer treatment.
Tweeted from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s official account, their well wishes read: “Such an incredible journey. Good luck from all of us at Kensington Palace, Mila.”

Journalist Alsatair Stewart, 70, has fired back at critics who mocked the Queen’s granddaughter, Lady Louise, 18, for reportedly getting a minimum wage job ahead of university.
The young royal is said to have been working at a garden centre over the summer for £6.83 an hour.
In view of his 61,500 followers, he said: “A junior member of the Royal family being mocked for doing a low-paid holiday job ahead of going to University is pretty pathetic stuff….”

Prince William and Kate Middleton are moving from their home in Kensington Palace to Windsor later this summer.
After nine years at Kensington Palace, the Cambridges have decided to move to Windsor to give their children “as normal a life as possible”.
The Cambridge family will reportedly be moving to Windsor and privately renting  Adelaide Cottage – a four-bedroomed Grade II-listed property.
But should the taxpayer fund renovations on their new home?

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down as senior royals in March 2020- a move dubbed ‘Megxit’.
Following the move, they were stripped of their royal patronages and honorary military titles.
The couple relocated across the pond to Montecito in Santa Barbara where they now live with their two children Archie, three and Lilibet, who turns one next month.
Since leaving the UK the couple has not stepped away from the spotlight, most famously taking part in a controversial interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021.

Meghan Markle and Prince HarryThe Duke and Duchess of Sussex should not visit members of the Royal Family during their trip to the UK next month, a new poll of Express.co.uk readers has found.
The pair are due to travel to the UK in early September to attend some charitable events.
A spokesperson for the couple said on Monday, August 15: “Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are delighted to visit with several charities close to their hearts in early September.”

Speaking on the latest Royally Us, hosts Christina Garibaldi and Christine Ross discussed the latest in Harry’s security row.
Ms Garibaldi said, quoting someone who had written into the show: “He’s thrown a tantrum regarding security because he wants 24/7 police protection when visiting the UK for his commercial ventures outside of the monarchy.
“No, why should the British taxpayers fund your police protection for your pursuit of wealth?.”

The Sussexes upcoming UK visit is “frustrating” for future Kings Prince Charles and Prince William, it has been claimed.
US royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said “interferences” from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made Prince Charles and the Duke of Cambridge “nervous”.
It comes amid ongoing strained relations with the Sussexes and the wider Royal Family.

Prince Charles is the longest-serving heir in UK history, at 72-years-old, after being first in line from the age of three.
When he takes the crown, Prince Charles will become the oldest ever British monarch to ascend to the throne.
Some royalists have argued that Prince Charles should step aside to allow Prince William to become King because he generally tends to enjoy better approval ratings with the public.
Prince Charles has faced controversy over his divorce from Princess Diana and his affair during their marriage with now-wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.
He has also been accused of “meddling” in politics by stating his opinion on issues like the environment and farming, alternative medicine and architecture in private letters to Government ministers.

Cambridge familyPrince William will travel to New York next month to attend a number of events focused on a cause very special to him.
Rumours surrounding a possible trip to the US city have now been confirmed.
Prince William will attend The Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit on September 21, an event aiming to drive impact around solutions focused on tackling climate change and amplifying The Earthshot Prize’s mission.
Sharing the news related to this brief trip to New York by the second-in-line to the throne, the Daily Express royal correspondent, Richard Palmer, tweeted: “Prince William is to address a summit of heads of state, global business leaders, philanthropists and environmentalists in New York on September 21 to discuss ways of accelerating action on climate change.

Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, remains ninth in the royal line of succession, despite being recently stripped of his HRH title and military titles.
The Duke of York lost these titles in the wake of backlash from US civil action over sexual assault allegations – claims he has vehemently and repeatedly denied.
Many decades ago, Prince Andrew was second in line to the throne, behind his older brother, Prince Charles. But now, he is ninth in the order of succession, following the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s two children: Archie and Lilibet.Prince Harry has been praised as a “leader, not a follower” by some of his fans as new details from his recent low-key trip overseas emerged.
The Duke of Sussex travelled to Mozambique without his wife Meghan Markle, it emerged earlier this week.
The new details sparked a wave of support for the Duke by some of his fans.
Taking to Twitter, @patouart said: “Well done Prince Harry.”
@silverl37758042 hailed the Duke saying: “Harry is the leader, not a follower.”
Fan of the Sussexes @fafabanane added: “Continuing a life of service. As he said service is universal.”

Prince William’s Royal Foundation has been linked to a bank deemed one of the world’s biggest backers of fossil fuel.
The Royal Foundation, the charitable arm of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, kept more than £1.1 million with JPMorgan Chase, according to the most recent filings, and still invests with the corporation today, the Associated Press has claimed.
The Foundation, the report added while still referring to the 2021 filing, also held £1.7million in a fund run by British firm Cazenove Capital Management.
The organisation still keeps funds with Cazenove, which in May had securities linked to deforestation through the use of palm oil, AP wrote.
The Royal Foundation told AP it had followed Church of England guidelines on ethical investment since 2015, and goes beyond them.
They said in a statement: “We take our investment policies extremely seriously and review them regularly”.
READ MOREThe Queen’s granddaughter Lady Louise Windsor has reportedly been working at a garden centre over the summer for £6.83 an hour.
The 18-year-old reportedly took the job while waiting for her A-Level results, which came out on Thursday.
Upon receiving her grades it is understood she will be taking up a place at St Andrews University, following in the footsteps of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex’s daughter has been serving customers on tills and pruning and potting plants while being paid almost the minimum wage.
Given her young age and lack of work experience it seems unlikely she would have been paid much more than £6.83 an hour, the current minimum wage level for 18 year olds, reports reveal.
A shopper said: “I knew the cost-of-living crisis was bad, but I didn’t think I’d ever see a grandchild of the Queen working in a garden centre.”A schoolboy who hit the headlines after saying Meghan Markle was “beautiful” is off to Cambridge University after smashing his A-levels.
The Duchess of Sussex visited Robert Clack Upper School in Dagenham back in 2020 to mark International Women’s Day.
Head boy Aker Okoye joined Meghan on stage during an assembly where he told fellow pupils: “She really is beautiful, innit?”
The youngster was among students across the UK who received their A-level results today.
Aker achieved a set of three As and will now go to Jesus College to study education.

Charlotte Griffiths, The Mail on Sunday’s editor at large, told MailPlus’ Palace Confidential that the announcement of their tour was made to avoid the “embarrassment” of empty crowds at the events.
“They want us to get all excited and talk about it, they want it to look like a royal tour.”

A source claimed Harry and Meghan are “proud of everything they’ve got through together” and the ceremony would be a “beautiful way to underline that”.
The insider added that while the Sussexes are very busy with their reported docuseries for Netflix, they will “make time” to renew their vows.
The source added that Harry believes he has “hit the jackpot by landing an American for his soulmate”.
READ MOREA close friend of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry has been accused of trying to “whip up anger” against the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Daily Mail Royal editor Richard Eden levelled the accusation against Omid Scobie after he wrote an article accusing the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge of wasting the Sovereign Grant funding but moving to Windsor.
Writing for Yahoo, Mr Scobie said: “Despite spending over $5.4 on turning Kensington Palace into a forever home, the Cambridges are leaving London this month for a new property in Windsor. Was it all a waste of Sovereign Grant funding?”
Commenting on the article Mr Eden said: “I see Omid Scobie is desperately trying to whip up anger against the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge..again.”
Without naming Mr Eden, Mr Scobie hit back saying: “All the time in the world to tweet nonsense but not even a few minutes spent reading the actual article they’ve chosen to cry about”.
I see #OmidScobie is desperately trying to whip up anger against the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge…again. #royal
The Royal Family line of succession can be confusing, so here is a breakdown:
Prince Charles, the eldest son of the Queen, is first in line to the throne, followed by his eldest son Prince William and his first born Prince George.
When Princess Charlotte was born the law was changed by the 16 countries in the Commonwealth headed by Queen Elizabeth II who agreed that birth order, not gender, would determine succession.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s multi-million pound Netflix deal is likely to be lower for the couple than reported, a source has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess’ lucrative deal with the streaming giant is based on the production budget meaning the couple would pocket far less, according to the insider.
In 2020, the royal couple signed the deal worth a rumoured $100million (£83million).
But much of the money will go towards financing and paying for the production of the content.
The source told OK: “The deal is about production budgets. They were handed a few million dollars as an upfront development deal to build show concepts, pilots and pitches.
“The large-money deal only comes should the project get green-lit for a full run.
“Even then, the cut Harry and Meghan get from that deal personally as writers or executive producers could be less than 20 percent.”
READ MOREPrincess Diana’s death will be the focus of a new Channel 4 documentary and senior investigating officer at the time David Douglas, has recalled speaking to Prince Charles about the tragic accident.
As part of the investigation, Douglas spoke to Prince Charles for a witness statement.
Douglas recalled: “He didn’t appear to be nervous. It was one of those days where it was remarkable.
“You don’t always go into St James’ Palace with the ex-commissioner, who had been in charge of me, to interview His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales.
“It’s remarkable in that way but in actual fact, it was also unremarkable, because it was a straight forward witness statement from someone who happened to be the Prince of Wales.
“When we went in, I’d never met him before obviously, I found him charming. He was very polite and friendly.
“We sat down. It was Lord Stevens, the Prince of Wales, Prince of Wales’ private secretary who was also there, Sir Michael Peat, and myself, just the four of us in the room.
“Lord Stevens obviously took the lead and talked to Prince Charles about that note and what became obvious was Prince Charles knew nothing about that note until it became note in 2003.
“He knew no more than we did. We asked a few questions about that.”

Omid Scobie, who co-authored Finding Freedom in 2020, penned a piece for Yahoo which discussed the Cambridges’ plans.

Mr Scobie wrote: “It’s a decision that has raised a few eyebrows, particularly at a time when the country is dealing with a major cost of living crisis.
“Picking up a third home, especially when one of them costs the public so much to renovate, is hardly the norm for regular folk.”

The Duke of Sussex appears to have travelled to the African republic of Mozambique. A picture of Prince Harry was shared on Twitter by social media user Eric Morier-Genoud on Wednesday.
The snap shows the Duke smiling as he poses for the photograph while wearing a casual brown polo shirt, a pair of blue shorts and trainers.
The Queen’s grandson also dons a cap bearing the logo of African Parks – a non-profit conservation organisation of which he has been the president since 2017.
Mr Morier-Genoud didn’t say when the picture was taken but captioned it saying Harry “is in Vilankulos”, a coastal town part of the Inhambane Province.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Netflix money “could dry up” and their politics plans have so far been “unsuccessful”, a commentator has claimed.
Royal expert Daniela Elser suggested Meghan and Harry have not been successful in “moving the needle”.
She said: “Sadly, for two people who seem to truly care, there is not one issue, not one cause they have really moved the needle on since they embarked on this new life of theirs.”
“The bottom line is Harry and Meghan have proven totally unsuccessful at making themselves matter in the corridors of power in Washington, New York, Silicon Valley or Los Angeles.”Prince Harry was “eager” to take on Prince William’s future role as King, according to a royal commentator, who told Express.co.uk that a young Duke of Sussex offered to do the job for his older brother.
LA-based royal commentator Kinsey Schofield said: “Diana never wanted Harry to feel like he was less than. She called him ‘Good King Harry’ for that reason.
“And when they were growing up, William would scoff at the idea of being king, but Prince Harry would say: ‘I’ll do it for you. I’ll be king.’
“Diana wanted him to feel like he was worthy of that.
“She loved that fire in Prince Harry. She loved that he was ambitious enough and so eager to take on such a role.”
