The Houston Texans administrator and CEO came by "Payne and Pendergast" 

on Sports Radio 610 [KILT-AM] to talk about his experience working the establishment and assumptions for the 2022 season.

Beginning around 2018, McNair has had the reins of the establishment since the death of his dad, 

Bob McNair, the group's organizer, in November 2018.

The dad developed the establishment from the beginning in 2002. In 2022, 

the child is directing a reconstruct wherein the group hit absolute bottom with four-prevail upon completes the beyond two seasons.

"We need to be bold and attempt new things and pay attention to the fans," McNair said. 

"We need to answer them… What we hear most from the fans is they need to win."

Notwithstanding the misfortunes, Houston additionally expressed farewell to establishment foundations. 

DeAndre Hopkins was exchanged away in a foolish move by previous mentor and senior supervisor Bill O'Brien.

 J.J. Watt requested his delivery from the establishment after 2020 and followed Hopkins to Arizona.

This period in the establishment has left many fans feeling disengaged and looking for different games outlets to support the city.
