Texas man captured following 7 canines battered 71-year-elderly person to death 'for not a great explanation,' specialists say

A Texas man was captured after his seven canines battered a 71-year-elderly person

To death while strolling to a local store last week, specialists said.

The person in question, distinguished as Freddy Garcia, was strolling to the store around 1:30 p.m.

On July 18 when he was gone after by the seven canines in the city of Fresno, only south of Houston, 

The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office said in an explanation.

 Officials showed up on the scene and Garcia was taken to a clinic in Houston, where he was subsequently articulated dead.

In a news meeting, Sheriff Eric Fagan said Garcia was strolling on a walkway

And "never really incited the creatures" and they went after "for not a great explanation."

"This is a shocking, lamentable occurrence," Fagan said. "It was inappropriate. It was silly."

Four of the canines were caught after the assault and the three leftover were subsequently caught by creature control.

Every one of the seven canines were a pit bull blend.

Authorities at first said they accepted the canines were lost canines,

However an examination was in progress to decide whether the canines had a place with anybody.
